This would make a great cover for a children's book simply because your artwork is great, the details are awesome, and the colors are just fun to look at. There is a lot of art in the world that looks like it was drawn half ass and fast as possible; I can say that this picture isn't one of them. So kudos to you.

I would like it if my colored art didn't always look half ass at times; then again, maybe I'm my own art Nazi, and I need to keep practicing with coloring my pictures better.

This composition just screams opportunity, walking over such a narrow log could be the opportunity Emma and Teddy need to escape, but would it be worth, would there plan backfire on them? Great work with the art, wonderful textures. The lighting really sets the mood in this piece.
